Quality is reliability
Most FeedingMasters offer roughage every 5 to 10 minutes. On average, about 5 to 10 times per hour, 200 times per day and a total of 70,000 times per year. With a lifespan of 10 years, a FeedingMaster offers roughage between 500,000 and 1,000,000 times. This is only possible if the quality of each part is optimal and the assembly is done correctly.

With a BeddingMaster, the challenge is different. Vibration breaks everything and vibration is exactly what a BeddingMaster should do. The construction is set up in such a way that the vibrating parts are extremely light in weight, all other parts are extra heavy. This allows the vibrating parts to move along and prevents cracks from forming. In addition, the entire BeddingMaster is made of materials that do not rust, even when they come into contact with moisture (urine) and manure.

To guarantee quality, all our products are developed in the Netherlands and fully produced in the Netherlands. All components are tested before assembly and after assembly, the products undergo a rigorous endurance test before they are delivered.

Full (demolition) guarantee
In addition to the quality of components and assembly, the FeedingMaster is also developed in such a way that your horse cannot break the FeedingMaster. In the first weeks of use, your horse is stressed (read here why) and your horse will take out its frustration on the FeedingMaster. After about 2 weeks, your horse will calm down because it can eat continuously, the FeedingMaster then becomes its best friend. All components of the FeedingMaster are developed in such a way that 2,000 kg of weight can be placed on or against it without functional damage. We provide a one-year warranty on all our products as standard on components that become defective. With the FeedingMaster Pro and FeedingMaster Pro Shetland Edition, we go a step further than the components, we provide a one-year full demolition guarantee! Everything that breaks functionally will be replaced without discussion.

Service
It doesn't happen often, but unfortunately moving parts and electronics sometimes break down. With a car you go to a garage, with a FeedingMaster that is fixed to the wall that is difficult. A BeddingMaster also doesn't fit in every car. Having a service technician come by for repairs quickly costs a lot of euros. We have also found an innovative solution in terms of service. There are a limited number of parts in our products that can break down. If this happens, you can contact us by e-mail and we will determine together which part needs to be replaced. We will then send this part with an assembly manual to you by courier so that you can replace this part yourself. And that is very easy to do, if you can assemble an IKEA cupboard then you can also repair our products! If the fault occurs during the warranty period, the parts will be sent free of charge, outside the warranty the costs are limited to the costs of the parts and shipping. By the way, you can always contact us if you have any problems with the repair so that we can look with you. It is also possible to visit our workshop by appointment, then we will assemble the parts for you free of charge!
