Return policy

• The customer can dissolve an agreement regarding the purchase of a product during a cooling-off period of at least 14 days without giving reasons. The supplier may ask the customer about the reason for the withdrawal, but not oblige him to state his reason(s). If the customer has not returned the delivered products after this period, the purchase is a fact.

• During the cooling-off period, the customer will handle the product and the packaging with care.

• If the customer makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will report this within the cooling-off period by e-mail. The supplier will send an acknowledgment of receipt and instructions for returning the product.

• The customer shall return the product within 7 days from the day of notification. The customer bears the direct costs and risk of returning the product.

• The customer returns the product complete with all supplied accessories including supplied documentation in the original and undamaged packaging. Do not write on the packaging or use opaque tape as this may damage the packaging.

• The product must be in new condition.

• The right of withdrawal lapses if the product has been used, damaged or modified in any way by the customer.

• The costs for any damage, cleaning or return are for the account of the customer.

• If the customer makes use of his right of withdrawal, all additional agreements will be dissolved by operation of law.

• The supplier will reimburse the product excluding shipping costs and any costs resulting from damage caused during the trial period to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the product.

• The supplier uses the same means of payment used by the customer for reimbursement, unless the customer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the customer.

• Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products manufactured according to the customer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the customer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person.
