Warranty and service

We offer a one-year warranty starting from the date of shipment or collection of the product. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during normal use.

The warranty covers defects that are due to manufacturing or material defects.

The following situations and damage are not covered by the warranty:

Normal wear and tear from daily use.

Cosmetic damage and production marks such as oil stains, suction cup marks, or scratches.

Damage resulting from incorrect or improper use, overloading, negligence, or insufficient maintenance.

Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, falls, impacts, water, fire, or lightning damage.

Damage caused by humans and/or animals (e.g., gnawing, biting, kicking, or incorrect assembly/disassembly by the user).

Products that have been modified, altered, opened, or repaired without our prior written consent.

Do you suspect that a defect in your product is covered by the warranty? Then follow these steps:

Report the defect immediately.

Contact us by email.

Include the following in your email:

Your name and the serial number of the product.

A clear description of the defect and when you discovered it.

Photos and/or videos illustrating the problem. This helps us to make a quick and accurate assessment.

Stop using the product immediately: As soon as you suspect a defect, stop using the product immediately to prevent further damage.

We will carefully assess your warranty claim and contact you to discuss how to resolve the issue. If, after consultation, it appears that a product or part must be returned for warranty assessment or repair, we will cover the shipping costs for sending it back within the warranty period. Outside the warranty period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We will provide you with clear instructions on this.
If it is not necessary to send the defective part to us, we will send you a replacement part free of charge within the warranty period, which you can install yourself. Outside the warranty period, we will provide a quote for the part and the shipping costs. After payment of the invoice, we will send the part to you.
