The HayTimer makes small portions of hay available at adjustable times so that the horse is not left without roughage for long periods. The HayTimer can store four portions. By attaching a hay net under the HayTimer, an extra portion can be offered. The HayTimer can be set to eight times per 24 hours, allowing for a total of up to ten feedings per day.


This HayTimer has been assembled, tested, and is ready for use. If you don't mind assembling it yourself, you can also opt for the HayTimer construction kit.


In order to keep the HayTimer accessible to as many horses as possible, a conscious decision was made to opt for a functional and robust design that is produced in larger series. The materials used, aluminum and stainless steel, do not require any finishing because they cannot rust. The advantage of this choice is that the HayTimer is durable and can be used indoors and outdoors without any problems. The disadvantage is that slight cosmetic marks may be visible during production and handling, such as oil stains, suction cup marks, or small scratches. These have no influence whatsoever on the functioning, safety, or lifespan of the system. If a smooth finish is important to you, you can easily sand the parts yourself or finish them further.
